Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Refunds

Due to hygiene we cannot accept refunds if the item has been opened, if however your item is wrong or faulty, Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Customers must notify us of any damages within 48hours of receiving their order.

All products purchased during any of our promotions are not refundable unless faulty.

Adding to your order - Once and order is placed and payment is taken we are unable to add additional items

Discounts & Codes - Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or applied to duplicate product, we can withdraw and amend any offer at any point without prior notice

 

Colour Representation- Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The colours may vary from the images and the printed colour on the bottle itself from the physicals colour itself.

1. Ingredients:

Prior to purchasing our products, it is highly recommended to thoroughly read through all the listed ingredients. Sds are available on the website.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that, if they have any known allergies of any of the components found in the product that they want to purchase - please do not buy the product, this also applys to qualified nail technicians who will be using our products on their clients- to ensure they fill in a consultation form & you are fully aware prior to application of any known allergies to them and understanding what product will be best to use on each client.

 

2. Allergies :

Our company cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or any adverse effects resulting from the application of our products without acknowledging the ingredients  or using the product safely and in accordance with the instructions.

Our Customers are advised to do a patch test before they apply full application - this is also a must if they have or are known to have any concerns about potential allergens.

If allergic reaction does occur please remove product and discontinue use asap.
